1. Return Period

For consultation services, you have the right to cancel your booking and receive a full refund if you notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. This cancellation period applies to all consultation packages (Basic, Advanced, and Professional).

If you cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, you may be eligible for a partial refund or credit, subject to the conditions outlined below.

For any concerns about the quality of service received, you must contact us within 7 days of the consultation date to be eligible for a review and potential resolution.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Cancellation Requests: Must be made in writing (email) at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment
  • Service Quality Issues: Must be reported within 7 days of the consultation date with specific details about the concern
  • Documentation: You may be asked to provide documentation or details about your concern
  • No-Show: Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the booking fee

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine that the service was provided as agreed and met the standards described in the service description.

3. Return Shipping Costs

As we provide consultation services rather than physical products, there are no shipping costs associated with returns or cancellations.

However, please note that:

  • If you have received any physical materials (such as printed reports or guides) as part of your consultation package, you may be required to return these materials at your own expense if a full refund is requested
  • Digital materials (such as PDF reports) provided as part of the service are considered delivered and may affect refund eligibility
  • Any travel costs incurred by our consultants for on-site consultations are non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the appointment

4. Return Process

To initiate a return or cancellation:

  2. Provide Details: Include your name, booking date, and any relevant information about your request
  3. Review: We will review your request and respond within 2 business days

  5. Processing: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

For service quality concerns, we may request additional information or offer alternative resolutions such as a follow-up consultation or service adjustment.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Consultation services that have been fully completed and delivered as agreed
  • Services cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointment (unless due to circumstances beyond your control, subject to our discretion)
  • No-show appointments without prior notification
  • Follow-up consultations that were provided as part of resolving a previous concern
  • Any additional services or add-ons that were explicitly agreed upon and delivered

If you have concerns about a completed service, please contact us to discuss potential resolutions, which may include partial refunds or additional support.

6. General Legal Requirements

This Return Policy complies with UK consumer protection laws, including:

  • Consumer Rights Act 2015: Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy
  • Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013: For distance contracts, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of booking (cooling-off period), unless the service has been fully performed with your consent
  • Distance Selling Regulations: If you booked online or by phone, you have additional cancellation rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. If you are a consumer, you have certain legal rights that cannot be excluded or limited.

7. Order Cancellation Policy

Pre-Service Cancellation:

  • More than 48 hours before appointment: Full refund, no cancellation fee
  • 24-48 hours before appointment: 50% refund or full credit for rescheduling
  • Less than 24 hours before appointment: No refund, but may be eligible for rescheduling at our discretion
  • No-show: No refund, no rescheduling option

Post-Service Cancellation:

Once a consultation service has been completed, cancellation is not possible. However, if you are dissatisfied with the service, you may request a review within 7 days. We will assess your concerns and may offer:

  • A follow-up consultation at no additional charge
  • A partial refund (typically up to 30% of the service fee)
  • Additional support or clarification

Cooling-Off Period:

For bookings made online or by phone, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of booking. However, if you request that we begin providing the service during this period, you will lose your right to cancel once the service has been fully performed.

8. Refund Procedure

Refund Processing Time:

Once a refund is approved, we will process it within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.

Partial Refunds:

In cases where a partial refund is approved (e.g., for service quality concerns), the refund amount will be calculated based on:

  • The extent of the service that was completed
  • The nature and severity of the concern
  • Any materials or deliverables that were provided
  • Our assessment of the service quality

Refund Notification:

You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed, including the refund amount and expected timeline for the funds to appear in your account.
